Why use a shroud?
1. Reduce the temperature rise of the motor and extend the life of the electric pump
You can reduce the temperature rise by more than 10K, and improve the efficiency of the motor.
How it works:
When the water well out of the water layer above the motor or in the pond, reservoir, the water flow directly from the bottom of the pump into the water section, the water around the motor does not flow, the water temperature will rise with the motor temperature (as shown in the blue dotted arrow below).
With the installation of the guide cover, the water flow will enter from the bottom of the motor, flow through the motor into the pump body into the water section, take away the motor heat (shown in the red solid arrow shown below), reduce the temperature of the electric pump, extend the life of the motor.
2. The flow screen filter effectively filters impurities and protects the impeller guide
In the multi-impurity river, pond can effectively filter impurities, floating objects, to protect the electric pump impeller guide leaves from wear.
